Group sessions will provide an overview and demonstration of the STED system with Abberior's samples. The individual sessions are offered to those who want to prepare their own slides for imaging.

Sample Description(Required)

Give a brief description of your sample, the structures you want to visualize, and which fluorescent probes you will be using. STED optimized secondary antibodies, mounting medium, #1.5 coverslips, and slides can be requested by contacting emery.ng@uconn.edu.

Individual Session Preference(Required)

Select your first, second, and third choices for the session time. You can select multiple in the order of preference. We will try and accommodate as best we can as sessions fill up.
