Service Request

Please note, this form is for microscope users.  Researchers needing access to the Precision X-Rad320 should fill out the service request from found on the instrument’s dedicated page.

Researchers can access the Facility microscopes in two ways.  Assisted sessions are the best option when there is a limited amount of imaging or data collection will be infrequent.  Facility staff will operate the instrument to streamline operation.  A training session can be requested for a user to become an independent operator if  1) samples are prepared and 2) imaging is ready to be performed on a regular basis.  All use must be in accordance with Facility Use Policies.  Please contact us if you have any questions about services, instruments, or sample preparation before requesting service.

Fill out the form below with the required information to request assisted sessions or instrument training.
